Removal of breast implants

CASE 1. Breast augmentation 27 years ago (behind the muscle, ruptured left implant, waterfall deformity). No lift desired. Implants removed and replaced with E2SD 325 cc Motiva Ergo2 implants placed in front of the muscle. Additional lipofilling 130 cc per breast. Result after 1 year.​

CASE 2. Breast augmentation 14 years ago, behind the muscle. Previously underwent replacement of implants 10 years ago. Left implant removed 5 years ago due to rupture. New implants placed in front of the muscle ERSM 260 cc Motiva Ergonomix with additional lipofilling 150 cc on the right and 180 cc on the left. No lifting desired. Also note the improvement in the abdominal area after liposuction.

CASE 3. Breast enlargement performed with the placement of 225 cc implants in front of the muscle. Unnatural result with discomfort and pain. Implants removed and only lipofilling carried out with two sessions of lipofilling. A total of 235 cc lipofilling per breast.

CASE 4. Breast augmentation in the past with an existing scar around the nipple. Both implants were removed and the breasts were lifted with an anchor-shaped scar.

CASE 5. Bilateral placement of implants 9 years ago abroad (300 cc and 350 cc, behind the muscle). Ongoing pain and discomfort. Both implants were removed and the breast was repositioned (lifting) with optimisation of the nipple position. Additional lipofilling with injection of 170 cc on the left and 20 cc on the right.

CASE 6. A typical example of implants placed behind the muscle: one can see the waterfall effect. Here, the breast gland slides down over the implant (which is fixed behind the muscle with capsule formation). Both nipples also deviate outward. Both implants were removed and lipofilling was performed on this slim patient.
