Breast enlargement with lipofilling

Madam did not wish for implants and came with the request for lipofilling. She had enough fat tissue to add a cup size.

A total of 330 cc was injected on the right side and 340 cc on the left side. The fat is placed in the subcutaneous layers and not in the breast gland itself. To achieve this desired volume, two sessions were performed.

This patient had previously undergone a breast augmentation with implants placed over the muscle. The result looks artificial, with wrinkles on the surface due to insufficient tissue coverage. During our consultation, the lady indicated that she wanted the implants removed due to discomfort and the unnatural appearance of her breasts.

There was 225 cc of purified fat tissue injected per breast to achieve this natural result. The implants have been permanently removed. This result was achieved through two sessions of lipofilling.

The lady desired a limited volume increase of the breasts with contour improvement. She preferred her own fat tissue and no implants.

She underwent two sessions of lipofilling. In total, 230 cc was injected into the right breast (subcutaneous layers, not into the breast gland) and 280 cc into the left breast. During the first session, each breast received 130 cc, and six months later, an additional 100 cc was added to the right and 150 cc to the left.

Request for a small volume improvement of the breasts. Does not wish to have implants placed.

180 cc of fat tissue was injected into the subcutaneous layers of the breast, with the breast gland itself not being touched. The focus was mainly on the aesthetic areas, with special attention to the lower pole and the décolletage.

One session of lipofilling took place. After a year, a nice and stable result is visible.

This patient has a congenital breast anomaly where the lower poles are underdeveloped and lack volume. Although it is possible to remedy this with implants, the patient preferred a solution with her own (fat) tissue. Therefore, it was decided to apply the lipofilling technique.

The lady wished for an increase in breast volume with lipofilling. She did not want implants and no correction of the slightly sagging breast.

The lady has two sessions of lipofilling. In the first session, 240 cc was injected into the right breast and 260 cc into the left breast. During the second session, another 120 cc was added to the right side and 120 cc to the left side. This brings the total to 360 cc for the right breast and 380 cc for the left breast. The volume - calculated by the computer - for the procedures was 144 cc for the right breast and 118 cc for the left breast. After the procedures, the volume of the right breast was 238 cc and 266 cc for the left breast.

The lady presents with a congenital underdeveloped lower pole of both breasts. This is called a tuberous breast or funnel breast. This can be corrected by placing a prosthesis, but the lady preferred a correction with lipofilling.

To correct the lower poles and improve the décolletage, there are three sessions lipofilling performed. In total, 358 cc was injected into the left breast and 318 cc into the right breast.

The lady was looking for an improvement in volume and an enlargement of her breasts. She preferred lipofilling and was not in favour of using implants.

The final result was achieved through two lipofilling sessions, with at least three months between each session. In total, 195 cc was injected into the left breast and 160 cc into the right breast. The result is beautiful and the fat tissue has developed well. The breast has a natural contour and an attractive lower pole.

The lady had the desire to improve the contours of her breasts and achieve a modest volume increase. There is a slight asymmetry noticeable, with the right breast appearing to have slightly less volume. She preferred not to have breast implants.
