Hybrid breast reconstruction

Preventive bilateral mastectomy due to family history of breast cancer. Both breasts were reconstructed using the hybrid technique. A prosthesis was placed with a volume of 380 cc (E2SD 380) and lipofilling was performed around the prosthesis (219 mL left and 175 mL right in three sessions).

Preventive mastectomy of both breasts due to genetic predisposition. A hybrid breast reconstruction was performed with the placement of prostheses in front of the muscle supplemented with three lipofilling sessions to achieve a nice, natural coverage of the prostheses. This is the result one year after the last lipofilling. Volume of the prostheses is 260 cc (E2SM 260 mL Motiva Ergonomix) and the volume of the lipofilling is 320 cc left and 303 cc right.
